How to Make Money With Money Trading

Money Trading

How to Make Money With Money Trading

To profit in money trading, one must learn at minimum - the very basics of what money trading is, (covered above). Then one would have to understand which currencies are traded, maybe even, while, and how this is done.
A few things must be duely noted about the money trading market.

The Difference Between Money Trading, and the Stock Exchange

  1. basically, there are not as many rules - no rules against "insider trading"

  2. money trading does not happen on a regulated exchange (like the NYSE, or CME)

  3. trades are not guaranteed by a "clearing house" - no panel to handle disputes
business deals are confirmed with a "virtual handshake" of sorts

What is Actually being traded?

Uhh...NOTHING. People do not physical take hold of anything when it comes to money trading. All of the money trading is done using a computer. All of the loses, and gains are calculated there on a computer, and are left there as a record, in the money traders account.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY WITH MONEY TRADING...then you need to understand how. First of all, as with the "stock exchange", you may hire someone to do the trading for you. When someone is trading for you, as NOT the case with trading stock, a "money trading DEALER" will not earn what we called a "commission", but he will earn what is called a "bid ask spread." Very simply, this is defined as the difference between the highest price a bidder is willing to pay, and the lowest price the seller is willing to sell for.

Example:

  • A bidder's higest bid is $50, and the seller's lowest price is $55.
  • The "bid ask spread", will be $5.
  • The Dealer will make $5.

If you would like to be your own dealer, you may do so. This is being done more frequently these days because of the ease that the internet brings us. Many people today are using what is called a "forex trading ROBOT" Also known as, FX robot, money trading robot, day trading robot, or even currency trading robot. There is SO MUCH information, and proof of how these robots work. I would advise one to go read up on this phenominal invention here: Money Trading

Money Trading - What is it?

Money Trading

A bit of the history behind "Money Trading"

Money trading, also known as, "the foreign exchange market, Currency, Forex, or FX. This is a market where currency trading takes place. It is where banks and other official institutions facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currencies. One party usually purchases a quantity of one currency in exchange for paying a quantity of another. In other words, a regular person, (using a Money trading robot), would buy maybe 20 Euro for maybe 22 US dollars. The person with the Euro gained money because their currency is worth more than the US dollar. Essentially, the person with the dollar lost money, but is able to sell the Euro they purchased, elsewhere, and continue to make a profit.

The Money Trading market, or the foreign exchange market, has grown to become one of the largest and most liquid financial markets in the world. It generated over $3.2 trillion USD daily in 2007, and between that time and 2008, profits have increased by 41%.
Do not confuse currency trading, (forex trading, money trading etc.) with stock trading. Money trading, currency trading, Forex Trading, or FX trading deals with currency, not the stock market.

Money trading can be a very intricate percedure involving central banks, very large or small commercial banks, governments, and speculators. So what does this mean for you and I, (aka - "speculator")...? This means, that because currency trading is so necessary in the world, a person with as little as $50, can trade currency, and begin turning a profit. One must understand that currency is trading for more than just one reason, but for the sake of our brief history of Money trading, we will say that a speculator (you or I), would use a Money trading system in order to buy currency we do not intend to keep. We would in turn, trade the currency in an effort to make more money, and the end result would be a higher yield of the currency that we started with.
I wonder if when hearing about Money trading, Forex Trading, currency trading, FX trading...or whatever it is we call it, if anyone is as excited about it as I was when I initially discovered what it was...? I was itching to learn how I could get involved. I sought out advertisements for Money trading robots. These "robots", (which is actually just a name used to describe an automated trading system), is designed to use your intial investment, and trade for you. Amazing! One Money trading software program has earned the title of being the number 1 automated Money trading system around. It boasts that it will double your money in a one month. If you can remember when I told you that you could get started in currency trading for as little as $50? Well, you could make $100 in no time. There will be a review of this forex/currency trading software as soon as possible! You can also check it out for yourself by clicking the banner link above.
